About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who can provide end-to-end compliance oversight for our Retail products — shaping controls, advising on regulatory requirements, and ensuring we operate safely while moving fast.Up to shape what's next in finance? What you'll be doing
Reviewing new features and assessing regulatory impact across retail productsDesigning and improving first-line controls to ensure compliant customer journeysPerforming thematic reviews, gap assessments, and deep dives into retail risksSupporting audits, regulatory queries, and internal governance processesCollaborating with Product, Ops, Legal, Risk, and FinCrime teamsMonitoring regulatory changes and translating them into clear requirements
What you'll need
Experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisoryA solid understanding of retail financial products and customer journeysThe ability to translate regulation into simple operational requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Compensation range
Krakow: PLN16,200 - PLN19,100 gross monthlyPoland: PLN16,200 - PLN19,100 gross monthlyLithuania: €3,600 - €4,500 gross monthlyOther locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview processFinal compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
