Senior Business Development Manager - Defence & Aerospace - Quantum Computing - Spain (remote)

We’re looking for a Business Development professional to lead growth in the defense and aerospace sectors. You’ll work closely with technical teams and customers to deliver high-impact solutions, build strong relationships, and drive new business.
What You'll Do
* Lead sales efforts and close six- to seven-figure deals
* Identify and grow new opportunities in defense and aerospace
* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Coordinate demos, proposals, and technical support
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
* Represent the company at industry events
* Provide customer feedback to improve products
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years in sales / consulting (tech / engineering focus)
* 2+ years in defense sector, with strong network
* Experience with public procurement and startups / scale-ups
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
* Self-starter, goal-driven, and team player
