The HR Administrative is responsible for supporting the administrative execution of HR and related processes in Germany. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a hybrid working schedule.
Key Responsibilities include, among others:
* Handle administrative and operational HR tasks independently within the scope of employee support.
* Prepare employee-related documents, certificates, and reports.
* Administer and maintain employee data and personnel records with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
* Assist in HR-related projects.
* Process invoices for the local HR unit.
* Provide training administration support and maintain process documentation.
* Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team culture.
Required Qualifications:
* Commercial/administrative background (business administration, office management, or similar).
* Fluent German and English (oral and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Share Point; SAP Success Factor knowledge is an advantage.
* Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
* High attention to detail, data quality, and process discipline.
* Previous HR experience is an advantage but not essential; focus is on skills, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
