Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Manager specializing in Salesforce CRM implementations
- Proven leadership managing end-to-end testing teams (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, customization options, and release cycles
- Mastery of testing methodologies including test strategy design, defect lifecycle management, and quality metrics
- Agile/Scrum proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system integrations and data flows
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e. g., Salesforce Certified Testing Specialist )
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e. g., Provar, Selenium)
- Background in insurance or financial services (aligned with client domain)
- Spanish proficiency (valuable for local stakeholder collaboration)

- Lead end-to-end testing strategies for Salesforce implementations, from requirement analysis to production deployment
- Manage cross-functional testing teams, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for complex projects
- Design and execute tailored test cases for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migrations
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business impact
- Drive defect resolution through rigorous tracking, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with developers
- Monitor quality KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time) and report risks to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, SOX) and internal security protocols
- Optimize testing processes by leveraging Salesforce updates and modern tools (e. g., Copado, Prodly)
- Mentor junior QA engineers on Salesforce-specific best practices and testing frameworks
