To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it. /ppbr/ppReporting to Project Director and Procurement Area Director, the Project Procurement Manager will be responsible for: /pulliReview the Project Contract to identify sections affecting procurement execution. Identify risks and opportunities. /liliAttendance to the internal meeting to transfer the Project from Proposal Phase to Project phase. Verify and follow up Project Launching Check List (ITG-115-003 “Project Launching”). /liliLead compilation of the Annexes to the Purchase Conditions among the Project involved parties and obtain approval. /liliPrepare and obtain Corporate approval for the Project Procurement Execution and Close out Strategies (ITG-005-001 “Vendor Awarding Proposals Approval”). /liliPrepare and obtain Client´s approval for the Project Procurement Execution plan. /liliManage the activities undertaken by the Procurement team to purchase and supply equipment and materials in accordance with the Project schedule. /liliAdequate sizing along the Project of Procurement team resources. Monthly participate in revising and updating of Project histograms coordinating with Engineering and Project Control. /liliDistribution of Procurement team responsibilities and supervision of the work done, in addition to monitoring, controlling and assessing the performance of the afore mentioned work. /liliEnable the communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Project goals. /liliCoordinate with the Commodity Managers in defining the purchasing strategies driven by the Project cost and schedule improvement according to the budget and schedule established for the Project and get Commodity Managers support to promote purchasing strategies with the clients if needed. /liliPromote with Client the widening of the Vendors List and the use of Corporate collaboration agreements and surplus material, and where appropriate, approving Client modifications that represent a potential advantage. /liliPromote sustainable and ethical procurement practices. /liliMonitor and control Project budgets and expenditures. /liliIdentify cost overruns and request deviation report to Estimating Department (ITG-005-003 “Informe de Desviaciones de Presupuesto en Adjudicaciones- Aprovisionamiento (Budget Deviations Report in Awards-Procurement)” to evaluate and implement the corrective actions, if any. /liliParticipate actively in the commercial assessment and negotiation of relevant matters. /liliReview Equipment List and the commodities involved and, in coordination with Engineering disciplines, assign Material Requisition and prepare RSR. /liliDefine milestone sets for the Project Purchasing Cycle taking into consideration contractual hold points. /liliCheck that equipment and materials strongaRFI /a /strongs and strongaRFP /a /strongs fully satisfy the scope of supply and comply with the general procedures established and Project requirements. /liliCheck that the commercial tabulations meet the established Project conditions and comply with the technical tabulations before relaying them to Project Management. /liliShare commercial tabulation with Commodity Managers for final review. /liliAttend to the Award pre-committees (ITG-141-001 “Pre-committee Award, Procurement Strategy and Order Close-Out”) for Awarding Proposals review and implement the required actions. /liliAttend to the Award Committees (ITG-005-001 “Vendor Awarding Proposals Approval”). /liliCheck that equipment and materials Purchase Orders fully satisfy the scope of supply and comply with Project requirements. /liliMonitor Supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms. /liliAddress any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly. /liliLead the monitoring of the supply of all the materials acquired up to on-site delivery, including during expediting, transport and customs clearing, up to full and final on-site reception. /liliOrganize meetings with the Procurement team to identify highlights and/or areas of concern and lead proposal and follow up of mitigation actions to be taken when it is the case. /liliFoster professional development within the Procurement team. /liliLead, update and consolidate procurement execution reports. /liliLead, monitor, control and consolidate economic reports: Logistics Award Summary and Project close-out report. /liliLead in Procurement the management and expediting of potential change orders to the Client, based on strongaNC /a /strongs, OVRs, LAS and PCO. /liliEnsure compliance with audit and reporting requirements. /liliParticipate in initiatives taken for cost reduction plans. /liliBe familiar with specific Project procedures and requirements and ensure their application by the Procurement team. /liliPromote the strongaLessons Learned /a /strong program follow up to improve future projects. /liliMonitor and control local purchases (ITG-141-003 “On-Site Purchasing Procedure”). /li /ulpbr/ppTo join our Projects the person selected should cover these requirements: /pulliBSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent /liliMore than 15 years of working experience, at least 5 of them developing relevant position on Projects as Project Procurement Manager, being part of Large EPC Projects, lump sum and turn key, for main Contractor side. /liliStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across various disciplines /liliHigh proficiency in Microsoft Outlook /liliLanguages: full professional proficiency in English. /li /ul
