P About the Role /ppYou will manage and oversee all aspects of bank account management and payments for all the entities of the group, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal treasury operations in collaboration with the team, the external BPO and banking partners. The role will ensure smooth payment execution, bank cost optimization, and the integrity of bank account records. /pp What You’ll Do /ppBank Account Management /pulliManage opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions, including KYC documentation updates. /liliMaintain bank master data and update treasury management systems (TMS) with relevant documentation. /liliEnsure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies for account management. /liliLiaise with banking partners to negotiate terms, review account conditions, and minimize banking costs. /liliImplement best practices for bank relationship management to optimize services and fees. /liliCreate and maintain e-banking access as per internal governance. /li /ulpPayments Treasury Operations /pulliOversee the execution of all group payments, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and payment calendars. /liliProcess treasury payments, including intercompany transfers, MM Deposits, loan settlements, FX transactions, and agency fees. /liliSupervise third-party, payroll, and tax payments, ensuring timely execution. /liliMonitor and execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions, ensuring timely funding for payments in foreign currencies. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment workflows and compliance. /li /ulpBPO Management Process Oversight /pulliAct as the primary liaison between the company and the BPO for day-to-day treasury operations. /liliEnsure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. /liliIdentify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. /liliMonitor the BPO’s performance in reconciliations, payment processing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness providing support when necessary. /li /ulpReporting Compliance /pulliPrepare monthly treasury reports for financial closing. /liliEnsure timely delivery of audit support documentation for both internal and external audits. /liliMaintain compliance with SOX, IFRS, and other relevant financial controls. /liliTrack and report key treasury metrics, such as payment volumes, cost optimization, and processing times. /li /ulpBanking Technology Process Improvements /pulliWork closely with IT and external providers to enhance Treasury Management System (TMS) or SAP functionalities. /liliSupport automation initiatives for payment workflows. /liliStay updated on market trends in digital banking, fraud prevention, and payment innovations. /li /ulp What We’re Looking For /ppEducation /pulliUniversity degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. /li /ulpLanguages /pulliEnglish — Must-have — Advanced /liliSpanish — Must-have — Intermediate -
