 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to successfully achieve sales targets and grow market share.
 2. Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities
 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions
 5. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
 6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities
 7. Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations to promote our offerings
 8. Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to network and showcase our products and services
Requirements:
 9. Bachelor's degree in Sciences, or related field or equivalent experience
 10. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the scientific or technology industry
 11. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
 12. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 13. Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets
 14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 15. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
 16. Willingness to travel extensively within Morocco, North and West Africa and occasionally internationally
