Marketing and Brand AwarenessDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid.Collaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market.Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure.Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Develop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.Work with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website.Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning.Handle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes.Support business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches.2.
