**Internship Logistics/ Supply Coordinator (English, Full-time)**
As a Supply Coordinator Intern, you will be part of our Supply and Logistics team in Valencia. During your first weeks, we will teach you everything about Helloprint’s Customer Experience: our culture and strategy, our communication guide, the systems that we work with, the products that we offer, etc. This way, you will know exactly how everything works at Helloprint.

**What you do**:
- Work with a list of possible delayed orders and make sure they arrive on time for the customer;
- Work closely with our customer service departments in making sure our customers are aware and informed about possible changes in their orders;
- Provide information to our customer service agents about orders and their status;
- Manage complaints and provide detailed information so we can solve the situation as best as possible;
- Handle the daily returned orders in our depot and organise them for further actions
**What are we looking for?**
- You are doing a Bachelors degree that is related to Logistics
- A professional level of English (written and spoken);
- More European languages will be a plus!;
- Previous experience in a logistics department will be a plus!;
- Willingness to work in early hours (starting from 8 am);
- A real team player and true addition to our great team;
- An extremely ambitious: if you don't want to grow as fast as we do, you will never fit in. We raise our bars high;
