What you'll doThe Finance Transformation Manager will lead end‐to‐end process discovery and redesign across global finance teams, identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize and automate activities using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), advanced analytics and other digital technologies.
Global Process Mapping & Diagnostic
Conduct structured end‐to‐end process mapping across core finance domains (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, etc.).
Identify bottlenecks, manual touchpoints, control gaps, and non‐value‐added activities.
Quantify inefficiencies using KPIs (cycle times, manual intervention rates, error rates, FTE effort, cost per transaction).
Develop clear "current vs. future state" process designs.
Automation & AI Opportunity Identification
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using: RPA and workflow automation, AI‐driven document processing and reconciliation, Process mining, Advanced analytics and predictive insights, Integration and API‐based solutions.
Distinguish between quick wins and strategic platform‐level initiatives.
Solution Design & Tech Translation
Translate finance requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Act as the bridge between finance teams and IT/digital teams.
Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors on: System integrations, ERP optimization, Automation design, AI use cases.
Ensure solutions are scalable across geographies and aligned with governance standards.
Global Standardization & Governance
Promote harmonization of finance processes across countries.
Define global process standards and control frameworks.
Contribute to finance transformation governance and prioritization processes.
Support KPI frameworks to monitor automation performance and adoption.
Change Management & Adoption
Engage stakeholders across multiple countries and levels of seniority.
Facilitate workshops to align on pain points, priorities and future state design.
Support training and adoption of new tools and processes.
Act as a change catalyst to build digital capabilities within finance.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay informed on emerging finance technologies and AI trends.
Proactively propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, insight generation and control.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data‐driven decision making.
What we're looking for
8+ years experience in Finance, Finance Transformation or Process Excellence.
Proven experience in process mapping and redesign.
Experience leading process automation.
What can earn you extra points
Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A).
Experience working with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle or similar).
Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, AI document processing, workflow tools).
Strong analytical and business case development capabilities.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (no coding required).
Willingness to travel internationally 20% of time.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
