We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to join our international team and make a real impact.As an Area Manager, you will act as a business leader for your region, ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance, and consistent brand standards across all stores. Supervise and develop a network of stores within an assigned area, ensuring the achievement of commercial, operational, and customer service objectives, fully aligned with Douglas' strategy.Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of stores within your area, ensuring optimal performance
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture
* Analyze sales and profitability KPIs to define and implement action plans
* Ensure the proper execution of commercial campaigns, visual merchandising, and product launches
* Control operational costs, stock levels, and inventory management to maximize efficiency
* Monitor compliance with customer service standards and corporate procedures
* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
* Collaborate with central departments (Marketing, HR, Operations) to align local execution with overall strategy
* Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify needs, and drive continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies
What You Bring
* Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
* 3–5 years of experience in retail management, ideally overseeing multiple stores
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities
* Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* High level of mobility and flexibility
