Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?- 8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy, or related fields.- Deep expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies .- Strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.- Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.- Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence .- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.- Skilled in facilitating ideation, synthesis, and co-creation workshops.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to have:- Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.- Background in B2B, B2C, or omnichannel service environments.WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.- Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points.- Translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.- Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to align design with goals.- Define and monitor service experience metrics (e.G., NPS, CSAT, usability).- Promote inclusive design, accessibility, and design thinking across the organization.- Mentor junior and mid-level designers in areas like persona development and data analysis.- Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate emerging practices into service design.
