We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Junior Business Development Manager – Expansion to join our Sales team in Mataró, Spain.
This is an on-site role focused on reactivating existing partners and expanding our network of travel agencies across key European markets. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy proactive outreach, relationship building, and working with data to drive meaningful business impact.
Re-engage dormant clients by analysing historical booking data and identifying reactivation opportunities.
Initiate personalised outreach via email, phone, and WhatsApp to rebuild and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate closely with Regional BDMs to coordinate follow-ups and account development.
Identify and approach new travel agencies in underperforming or untapped regions.
Introduce Yanolja Go Global’s solutions, onboarding tools, and support structure to new partners.
Support new clients through a smooth onboarding and training process.
Maintain accurate activity tracking using CRM tools and internal systems to ensure seamless data management.
Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English - MUST.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with travel agencies or B2B partners.
Ability to work with data and translate insights into action.
Interest in building a long-term career in business development within a global environment.
