Job Description Summary
As the Price & Contract Intelligence Lead Iberia & Nordics, you will play a key role in driving data‑driven decision making across pricing, contracts, and customer operations. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that influence commercial strategy, improve pricing performance, and strengthen our customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Europe and help shape how we use analytics to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
* Support the execution of regional pricing strategies to strengthen commercial performance and align with business priorities.
* Conduct scenario modelling, price elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and profitability assessments to guide data‑driven decisions.
* Lead analytics to identify pricing, contract, and tender opportunities — including root‑cause analysis for margin leakage and improvement potential.
* Define, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators to support pricing excellence and operational visibility.
* Coordinate the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting across key systems, including Power BI, Salesforce CRM, Configure‑Price‑Quote platforms, and ERP tools.
* Use our tender and competitive intelligence platform to extract insights on tender dynamics, competitor actions, and pricing patterns — translating findings into clear recommendations for commercial teams.
* Present pricing trends, insights, and business implications to senior leadership, using strong storytelling and data‑visualization skills.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytical platforms and commercial systems.
* Collaborate with regional contracting and pricing process leaders to drive continuous improvement across pricing workflows, tools, and data quality.
* Partner with process and transformation leads to identify and implement enhancements that optimize pricing and contracting effectiveness.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in analytics, pricing, commercial operations, or business intelligence — ideally within MedTech, life sciences, or other complex industries.
* Strong skills in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard development) and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
* Solid understanding of pricing, contracting, KPIs, financial performance metrics, and commercial processes.
* Ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations — strong storytelling and presentation skills.
* Strong communication skills in English and the ability to operate in a multicultural, international environment.
Salary Range
€40,700.00 – €65,150.00 EUR Annual
