The Business Development Manager – Industrial Market should have large experience for developing Industrial market by approaching and building solid relationships with both Distributors and End Users.
Responsibilities:
* Develop/manage the Industrial market and carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
* Find potential business opportunities and business growth points.
* Approach and establish new, solid, and long-term relationships with distributors and end users.
* Present solutions to potential customers.
* Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
* Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team.
* Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
* Assist consultants to specify projects.
* Position HIKMICRO as the preferred product for consultants.
* Prepare reports required by management.
Qualifications:
* Experience in the industrial market.
* Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level.
* Open-minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
* Self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
* Knowledge of Infrared Thermography, Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitter, or Level Meter is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
