💡 What will you do?
* Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer queries (phone, email, chat) for small and key accounts
* Provide up-to-date info on products, prices, availability
* Proactively follow up on orders, returns, and claims
* Keep CRM records current and accurate
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
* Support logistics, ensure timely and correct deliveries
* Prepare quotes, track orders, and help resolve issues
* Act as main contact for customer needs and incidents
🎯 What are we looking for?
* Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual
* Technical background with sales/marketing knowledge
* Experience in industrial sales, especially technical products
* Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
* Ability to travel up to 20%
* User-level experience with ERP, CRM, Office tools
* Previous experience: Minimum 5 years in an industrial company, with technical product sales
* Knowledge of marketing and sales
* Experience supporting logistics
* Multidisciplinary team collaboration
