Tareas
* Apply a consultative sales approach to maintain existing accounts and acquire new customers.
* Manage customer support and sales via telephone.
* Manage accounts by regularly updating the ERP with follow-ups.
* Create and manage quotations and documentation.
* Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.
* Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins.
* Demonstrate strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
* Have experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
* Be results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; a US accent or background is desirable.
* Be available to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes), preferably residing in Madrid.
* Show willingness to learn and understand new business and technical concepts.
* Be willing to work according to the Americas time-zone.
* Possibility of working from home.
* Salary package includes fixed + commissions, with a fixed range from €23,000 to €32,000 gross per year.
