Quality systems manager

About the role
As a Quality Systems Manager at Albelli Photobox Group, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment to quality and occupational health & safety (OH&S) across our multinational manufacturing sites. Working within the Industrial Engineering & Planning function, you will collaborate closely with local quality assurance, production, process improvement, and customer service teams.
Primary responsibilities
Collaborate with the broader Industrial Engineering & Planning and Operations teams to develop and implement quality systems as best practices (international travel required).
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Local Quality & Factory Management teams, Project Management Office, Customer Service, and Product Teams to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) and customer experience.
Implement and validate new quality systems/processes, monitoring their effectiveness, compliance, and implementation levels.
Manage the group-wide QMS implementation within operations, from scope definition to delivery across multinational sites.
Develop and execute training plans to promote quality systems initiatives and methodologies.
Coach, mentor, and inspire colleagues to adopt a quality-first mindset.
Conduct internal and external audits, report findings, and address issues in line with the QMS.
Report metrics and project updates to management.

Experience and attributes we value
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering.
Extensive experience in a similar mid/senior quality systems role.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Lead auditor certification (ISO 9001 or similar).
Lead auditor certification (ISO 45001 or similar OH&S standard).
Manufacturing or factory experience.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience in report/SOP writing and problem solving (8D).
Data analysis skills (Pareto, Histogram, RSD).
Proficiency with project management tools (Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis, Action plans).
Nice to Have Experience
Formal qualifications in quality management, project management, or health & safety (e.G., NEBOSH).
Coaching experience.
Experience in print industry, e-commerce, aerospace, automotive, or FMCG sectors.
Fluent in Spanish, German, or Dutch (written and spoken).
Membership in the Chartered Quality Institute.
