Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth of our clients' Apps & ecommerce businesses through outstanding, performing creatives
Develop Creative Strategies: Craft and execute a clear 3-to-6-months production roadmap to hit performance KPIs that includes clear angles, approaches, product USPs, hooks, content, etc.
Copywriting Excellence: Write compelling ad copy that resonates deeply with target audiences, drives engagement, and converts.
Trendsetting Production: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and even creating trends that can be leveraged for viral, high-performance campaigns.
Client Collaboration: Understand brand identities, distill their core USPs, and translate them into creative solutions that address customer pain points.
Team Work: Build your Creative team & Communicate ideas effectively across internal teams and collaborate closely with creatives, media buyers, and clients.
Persuasive Influence: Convince stakeholders, clients, and collaborators to adopt bold ideas and rally behind unconventional strategies.
Required Experience & Skills
Hard Skills
Paid Social Expertise: Proven track record of developing performance-focused creative for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other key platforms.
Copywriting Mastery: Ability to craft ad copy that grabs attention, builds trust, and drives action.
Trend Analysis & Production: Skilled at leveraging data and intuition to spot trends, adapt to them quickly, and create buzz-worthy content.
English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
Bachelor or higher in Design
At least 2 consecutive years experience with performance marketing

You have your own public channel or online presence with strong engagement in any niche (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
You’ve successfully created or managed large scale campaigns in the past.
Passionate about storytelling, visual design, or influencer marketing.
