MISSION
As an Incident, Change & Problem Manager you will protect production security by detecting and coordinating incidents, steering change and problem portfolios, leading crisis meetings, and driving continuous improvement across the ProdSec (Production Security) landscape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Detect and analyze infrastructure‑related incidents, engaging stakeholders to determine root causes.
Direct and coordinate incident, change and problem resolution processes.
Lead steering and facilitation meetings for change coordination and problem action plans.
Produce, analyse and distribute monthly dashboards and incident‑crisis reports to internal clients and management.
Act as the Disaster Recovery and PACT correspondent for ProdSec.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Master's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in incident, change or problem management within IT production.
High proficiency in English (written & spoken); French is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 and ServiceNow.
Critical thinking, analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail.
Rigor, autonomy, curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders and produce concise synthesis documents.
