We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at our greek restaurant, Ammos Greek, located in our seasonal venue, METT Marbella-Estepona.
The Chef de cuisine will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and consistency, while leading and inspiring the culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the gastronomic identity of a dynamic and growing restaurant.
Controls kitchen costs to ensure that the restaurant meets budget and increase profitability
Controls kitchen maintenance, repairs and other related expenses
Inspects all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
Inspects products quality during and after preparation, and makes adjustments as required
Meets customer requirements in terms of special requests and dietary needs
Manages the kitchen staff through coaching and training, in order to improve
Previous Experience as Chef de cuisine in a premium/ fine dining environment in hotels, resorts or standalone restaurants.
Deep knowledge and previous experience with Greek or mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition. xqysrnh
Fluent in Spanish; English is desirable
High standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control.
