We are looking for a motivated bSAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect – Sourcing and Procurement (m/f/d) /b to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center in Madrid. In this role, you will own and shape the Sourcing and Procurement domain of Liebherr’s global S/4HANA template for our Sales and Service companies ("Mixed Sales Companies"), supporting a multi-division environment including spanning Aerospace, Construction Machinery, Appliances, and other industrial segments, as well as business models such as remanufacturing and limited manufacturing. You will drive the design of standardized, scalable, and efficient sourcing and procurement solutions, promoting SAP best practices and Clean Core principles, while ensuring compliance, transparency and process harmonization across entities. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide. The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site. /p h3Creating passion: your responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end Sourcing and Procurement solution architecture within the global S/4HANA template for Sales and Service companies, ensuring consistency, scalability and compliance. /li liDesign and govern global template solutions across core Sourcing and Procurement areas such as: Strategic sourcing and RFx, Operational procurement (PR, PO, contracts), Supplier management, Invoice verification (in integration with Finance), Service procurement, and Procurement analytics and reporting. /li liTranslate complex business and statutory requirements from multiple countries and divisions into harmonized, standard SAP solutions minimizing custom development, driving process harmonization and simplification. /li liLead and facilitate global design workshops with Procurement stakeholders and local entities. /li liDesign and govern the integration of S/4HANA Procurement with Finance (AP, asset procurement, tax), Inventory and logistics processes, Manufacturing and remanufacturing scenarios, Service and spare parts processes, and Supplier collaboration and external platforms where relevant. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilization. /li liContribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions. /li liSupport the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence. /li liCollaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth. /li liTravel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments. /li /ul h3Contributing your strengths: your qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. /li li7+ years of SAP experience in Sourcing and Procurement, including significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA Procurement. /li liProven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead consultant in international SAP programs or template-based rollouts. /li liStrong understanding of procurement processes in Sales and Service-oriented businesses, ideally in industrial or equipment related industries. /li liDeep expertise in S/4HANA Procurement capabilities, including Purchasing and contract management, Supplier lifecycle processes, Release strategies and approvals, Service procurement and Integration with Finance and logistics. /li liExperience designing global templates across multiple countries and legal entities. /li liDemonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value. /li liFamiliar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage. /li liA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams. /li liWillingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work. /li liSAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Our commitment to you: your benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation and benefits package that recognizes your expertise /li liFlexible and hybrid working model /li liCreative freedom and responsibility to shape processes and solutions in our global transformation /li liContinuous learning and development with tailored training and certification opportunities /li liMeal vouchers /li liLife and accident insurance /li liOption to include a premium private health insurance package as part of the flexible remuneration /li liA safe, stable and international workplace within a trusted family business that invests in people /li /ul pPlease note that we can only accept applications submitted through our website, using the online application form.
