Here’s the difference you’ll makeAt 2GO Group, you will help ensure the accuracy and reliability of warehouse operations by maintaining the integrity of critical inventory and transaction data. As a WMS Operator, you will monitor daily warehouse transactions related to picking and order confirmation, ensuring that all activities recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) are complete, accurate, and properly accounted for.
Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will support inventory accuracy, enable efficient order fulfillment, and provide the visibility needed for informed decision‑making. By working closely with warehouse teams and ensuring timely transaction validation and system updates, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do- Processes all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next‑day delivery.
- Provides instruction to Warehouse Team on the priority delivery orders that needs to be picked.
- Closely coordinate with CSD, Transport and Warehouse Team on the processing and handling of orders with special instruction.
- Checks with Warehouse Team the status of picking and replenishment of stocks.
- Closely coordinate with IM Team for any Physical/System stocks changes/updates and problem that may take effect on the processing.
- Checks the minimum required expiry date of the stocks before picking and confirmation.
- Answers to queries of all concerned departments.
- Coordinates with IT regarding system downtime, issues, and problems.
- Coordinates with transport section the following concerns:
- Delivery instructions of orders that have to be delivered to a specified address.
- Delivery instructions of orders that have to be delivered at a specified date.
- Dispatch cut‑off time of different delivery areas (e.g. Manila, south Luzon, etc.)
Assists in the preparation of monthly KPI Report. 11. Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior.
You’ll thrive in this role if youEducational Background- Graduate of any four (4) year business course, preferably Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or IT related courses.
Professional Experience- At least 1 year work related experience.
