Job Title: Interim Channel Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee email programs in the UK and Spain. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in strategic channel marketing, with a proven record of delivering high-impact campaigns.
About the Role:
* Lead email marketing strategies for the UK and Spain, aligning with business goals and objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns, reporting results weekly to stakeholders.
* Contribute innovative ideas to develop strategic channel roadmaps.
* Collaborate with creative and Go to Market teams to ensure campaigns meet goals and best practices.
* Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on offers, creative, and segmentation.
* Work closely with global teams across marketing, creative, content, and analytics to meet objectives.

* Adaptable and collaborative, capable of aligning diverse objectives.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven thinker.
* Experienced in setting clear objectives from complex initiatives.

* Minimum of 3 years in strategic channel marketing.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with agile or scrum methodologies.
* Experience with forecasting and analytics tools like Looker.
