How Can You Help Us?
Support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition in alignment with the strategy and guidelines of the Hero Group. Additionally, contribute to the efficiency and optimization of talent operations, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.
Your Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Process Management:
Analysis and definition of job profiles in collaboration with area managers.
Posting job openings on portals, social networks, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinating and conducting technical and final interviews with team leaders.
2. Talent Attraction:
Developing and executing active and passive recruitment strategies.
Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and professional networks to identify candidates.
3. Evaluation and Selection:
Administering technical and psychometric tests as needed.
Preparing candidate reports to support decision-making.
4. Employer Branding:
Promoting the employer brand through events, fairs, and digital platforms.
Collaborating on content creation to attract talent.
5. Process Optimization:
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and talent sources.
Implementing and managing key recruitment metrics (KPIs).
6. Onboarding:
Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a successful transition.
Skills and Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in specific sectors such as IT, industrial, retail, etc.).
* English proficiency at B2 / C1 level.
* Advanced proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals).
* Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques.
* Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis tools.
