B International Medical Device Sales Development Representative (Junior | Remote | French / Italian Speaking)br/bp GrowthMedics helps medical device, IVD, and healthcare manufacturers successfully expand across Europe and the Middle East. Acting as an extension of our clients#39; commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets. br/p Before Applying – Please Read p This role is intended for b Junior to Mid-Level Medical Device Sales Professionals (3–6 years of experience) /b who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales. /pp To be considered, you must have: /pp✔ 3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience /pp✔ Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry /pp✔ Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or working for a medical device distributor /pp✔ Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting /pp✔ Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian /pp❌ This role is not suitable for recent graduates /pp❌ This role is not suitable for candidates without medical device or healthcare sales experience /pp❌ This role is not suitable for marketing, research, customer service, or regulatory-only profiles /pp❌ This role is not intended for senior sales managers, directors, or executives br/p The Role p This is an b outbound new sales and business development role /b focused on generating new commercial opportunities for medical device manufacturers across Europe. The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, outside field trips visiting distributors, hospitals and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline. You will be working with invidually and with inside sales support to develop and executive sales strategies. /pp You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through: /p ulli Cold calling /lili Email prospecting /lili LinkedIn outreach /lili Lead generation campaigns /lili Distributor recruitment /lili Hospital prospecting /lili Follow-up and opportunity nurturing /li /ulp Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified meetings, develop pipeline, and identify new distributor and hospital opportunities for our clients. /p p You will engage directly with: /pulli Medical device distributors /lili Hospital decision-makers /lili Procurement managers /lili Clinical stakeholders /lili Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) /lili Healthcare executives /li /ul Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development Lead Generation (Primary Focus)ulli Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, and LinkedIn /lili Generate qualified sales meetings for medical device manufacturers /lili Identify and recruit potential distribution partners across Europe /lili Develop new hospital and healthcare provider opportunities /lili Build target account lists and prospect databases /lili Execute structured follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing activities /lili Qualify opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnel /li /ul Sales Pipeline Management ulli Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking /lili Manage sales pipeline and follow-up activities /lili Report weekly on KPIs, meetings generated, pipeline created, and commercial progress /lili Support account development and opportunity conversion strategies /li /ul Market Entry Commercial Support ulli Support market entry projects for international medical device companies /lili Provide market intelligence and commercial insights /lili Assist in distributor evaluations and channel development strategies /li /ul Trade Shows Events ulli Conduct pre-show outreach campaigns /lili Identify and secure meetings ahead of congresses and exhibitions /lili Support client activities during selected industry events br/li /ul What We#39;re Looking ForRequired Experience ulli3–6 years of sales, SDR, business development, or commercial experience /lili Minimum 2–3 years within medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences /lili Proven experience generating opportunities through outbound sales activities /li /ulp Experience in at least one of the following: /pulli Selling medical devices into hospitals or clinics /lili Working for a medical device distributor /lili Recruiting or managing distributors /lili Healthcare business development br/li /ul Profile ulli True hunter mentality with a passion for new business development /lili Comfortable making outbound calls and securing meetings /lili Highly proactive and persistent /lili Strong communication and relationship-building skills /lili KPI-driven and results-oriented /lili Able to work independently in a remote environment br/li /ul Languages pb Required: /b /pulli Fluent English and Spanish /lili Fluent French or Italian /li /ul What We Offer ulli International exposure across European healthcare markets /lili Opportunity to work with innovative medical technologies /lili Strong commercial learning and career development /lili Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure /lili Versátil remote working environment /li /ul
