Job responsibilities
The Trade Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the implementation, adaptation, and management of the brand's trade marketing plan across retail spaces, working closely with logistics, commercial and marketing teams.
* Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan, following the annual marketing plan and the retailers' animations calendar.
* Lead the creation of briefings, coordination, and production of materials for the Point of Sales (POS), ensuring it contributes to the development and boost the brand's image.
* Monitor and compel information from key commercial campaigns to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* Create guidelines and supervise the correct implementation of trade marketing campaigns and visual merchandising elements at the POS.
* Support logistics and administrative tasks, such as creation of shipping orders, track of materials, budget monitoring, control of invoices etc.
* Search and manage relationship with providers for the different trade marketing activations.

PROFILE NEEDED
* MAIN STUDIES Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is considered a plus. Important: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
* LANGUAGES Spanish & English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
* IT TOOLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point). SAP is considered a plus.
* EXPERIENCE Previous professional experience is considered a plus.
OTHER Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
