Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure our shops consistently reflect the prestige and branding of the Engel & Völkers identity.

Data Integrity & CRM Management: Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics with meticulous detail, preparing regular reports that drive strategic decisions.

Bilingual Excellence: Absolute fluency in English and Spanish is essential. You are a refined communicator capable of interacting with high-net-worth individuals and international teams.
