- Support for annual C&B processes: salary review, bonus (information tracking and control).
- Support in compensation benchmarking to help maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal committees.
- Preparation of monthly HR KPIs, reporting, and workforce data analysis (headcount, movements, diversity, etc.).
- Support in the review and monitoring of the organizational and job structure, including job architecture and role definitions.
- Operational support in Workday (data quality and accuracy, position tracking, and organization-related processes).
- Participation in transversal projects.
Requisitos:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations / Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office 365.
- High level of English (C1).
- Genuine interest in Compensation & Benefits, organization, data, and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Workday will be considered a plus.
