* Own engineering delivery, timelines, and technical decision-making.
* Translate strategic objectives into executable engineering plans.
* Drive a culture of accountability, pace, and pragmatic problem-solving.
* Act as a senior technical counterpart to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring engineering outputs are aligned with downstream industrialisation and production needs.

* Proven ability to operate under pressure and make decisive technical calls.
* Comfortable leading both senior engineers and hands-on contributors.
* Experience in electric propulsion, electrification or energy systems is beneficial but not essential.
* Open to working on-site in Spain; strong preference for candidates with an existing connection to the region.
✛ Take your career to new HYTEs ✛
* Foundation leadership position with genuine influence over product and engineering direction.
