Job Summary Customer Success Manager - Centric Shoppingfeed Location: Alicante, Spain (3 days/week in office) Solution Focus: Shoppingfeed Region: Southern Europe Job Responsibilities - Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing system in the daily use of the Centric Shoppingfeed platform.
- Ensure merchants and brands are fully aware of and able to use all the features offered by our solution.
- Respond to customer questions and issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison with the technical support team when merchant issues go beyond functional support.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships based on trust while advising merchants from a strategic perspective.
- Help customers optimize their revenue according to their needs, business sector, and market opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to help improve and develop the platform.
- Maintain a very low churn rate and increase revenue within the assigned customer portfolio.
Required Skills - Educational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Languages, Communication, or Technology is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn collaborative platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, HubSpot, etc.
- Spanish: Required for communication with Spanish clients.
- English: Required for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed teams in France and general Centric Software teams.
- Bonus Language Skills: Portuguese (highly valuable); Italian (valuable); French (valuable for internal communication).
- Experience in eCommerce and familiarity with the marketplace and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, curiosity, agility, organization, proactiveness, commercial mindset, ability to work autonomously, basic mathematical logic, and interest in the technical side of software.
