Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, especially within a regulated fintech / B2C banking environmentBuild and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across fintech, digital banking, payments, compliance, and riskCraft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission in the financial services spaceBuild and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates, with a focus on niche fintech and regulated rolesUse data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and overall hiring efficiencyAct as a strategic talent partner, bringing market insights, competitor intel, and hiring trends within fintech and banking
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fintech, banking, financial services, or high-growth tech environments~ Compliance, Risk, AML/KYC, Payments, or Banking Operations)~ Strong understanding of fintech / B2C banking landscapes and associated talent markets~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior leadership~ Strong judgment and a high bar for talent, with a focus on both skillset and cultural fit
