The Training and Education Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of nursing training and education within Care Delivery across the FME Nursing function. Collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders, the position calls for a commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability to evolving healthcare landscapes, and an unwavering focus on optimal patient outcomes.**Job Functions**:**Training Development and Implementation**:- Spearhead staff development initiatives in clinical/dialysis treatment areas.- Collaborate with Governance Lead for relevant training content.- Coordinate with various teams to identify and fulfill training needs.- Design and manage clinical educational materials.- Engage in the formulation, review, and adherence to clinical policies.- Organize, monitor, and evaluate clinical training initiatives.- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.- Spearhead learning solutions tailored to business needs.**Academic Collaboration**:- Manage the nursing/multidisciplinary student program.- Coordinate with academic institutions.**Quality Improvement and Management**:- Support quality improvement efforts.- Participate in pertinent committees and meetings.- Assess the quality of educational resources and equipment.- Participate as an auditor to assure clinic quality.**Professional Practice and Development**:- Seek opportunities for personal and team professional growth.- Participate actively in professional organizations and groups.**Other Responsibilities**:- Fulfill additional roles or tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing.**Representation and Professional Development**:- Represent the company in major conferences.- Prioritize professional development and identify training needs.**Mandatory Requirements**:- Bachelor of Nursing.- Degree-level education or significant equivalent experience.- Dialysis experience- Proficiency in Spanish and English.**Nice to Have**:- Knowledge of Regulatory Bodies and ISO standards.- Previous experience with training programs or creating elearning modules.- Established ties with professional nursing assemblies.- Insight into the present healthcare environment in Spain.- IT and Project Management skills.
