As a Project Manager, your main functions / tasks will be :
- Monitoring project planning and its revisions.
- Ensuring compliance with key dates and milestones, and following up on activity advancement processes.
- Coordinating the different involved parts / disciplines (departments, subcontractors, customer) for management of resources and materials.
- Analyzing and managing risks and valued opportunities.
- Ensuring project scope is achieved across all dimensions.
- Leading and coordinating the on-site team to meet the project scope.
- Ensuring each discipline oversees their respective subcontractors regarding supply, timelines, and quality.
- Providing on-site support to key deployment figures : Site Manager, Integration Manager, and Commissioning Engineer.
- Maintaining proper customer communication across on-site disciplines.
- Understanding customer needs and expectations to build trust.
- Seeking new opportunities to improve results.
Experience and skills :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for experience in a B2B environment.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing industrial installation projects or implementing industrial projects.
- Natural leadership with excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Dynamic problem solver with drive and determination to deliver challenging projects.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing and understanding customer processes and creating conceptual solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a creative approach to building professional client relationships.
- Ability to work within an international project environment.
- Strong proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level), both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to site locations.
