Job TitleTechnology Partner Account ManagerThe purpose:Currently we are looking for a candidate for a position of Technology Partner Account Manager. The person on this position will be in charge of building and nurturing relationships with new and existing technology partners, ensuring that contracts are fulfilled and identifying opportunities to deepen relationship with them. The successful candidate is the interface between our partners and Amadeus, securing relationships with the region (e.G. priority alignment), implementation and delivery teams and finance among others..In this role you'll be responsible for:Deliver the Technology Partners revenues:Responsible for the growth of the Technology Partners to reach the team's objectives.Propose development and retention strategies to the team leader.Be responsible for the debt reduction to reach team objectives.Support and provide guidance to sales, legal and solutions organizations to adapt Amadeus approach to customer and maximize success.Represent Amadeus' interests within the customer organization.Identify & develop new business opportunities while maintaining or increasing revenue and profitability.Identify customer product and services requirements and give recommendations to Amadeus product departments regarding products and pricing policies.Deliver Technology Partner excellence:Full accountability for relationship with technology partners in designated regions.Ensure commercial negotiation and business development with key Partners to retain profitability for Amadeus and maintain Partner satisfaction.Advocate partner voice within Amadeus to ensure the best service to partners.Act as the escalation point for partners issues when standard escalation processes have failed.Ensure constant alignment of implemented services, contracted services & invoices.Ensure contract execution for the interest of both Amadeus and customer and liaise with legal to resolve issues.Identify and develop new business with partners under management.Monitor quality of product and service delivery to customer, escalate delivery issues, request improvements if needed.Ensure that PRM/CLM information is always updated.Represent the designated region/regions within Amadeus:Secure engagement and commitment of all cross-functional teams involved with Partner Development (within the team: Operations Team; within Amadeus: all of the PMP organization, Legal, PM, etc.).Represent the team with appropriate stakeholders, working closely with the business to build partnership requirements and support the overall Travel Distribution objective.Ensure alignment cross-organization (Travel Sellers, PMMs, others) for key Tech Partners and projectsProject accounting: progress reports, budget management and invoicingAbout the ideal candidate:Bachelor's degree preferably Technical degree or Business Administration/Economics.5 years of travel industry experience, commercial and business development.5 years commercial experience with large IT deals and/or key accounts.Knowledge of knowledge of web-based applications and development practiceKnowledge of NDC, LCC, Search products (MP, MC, MPx), Single API, B2B Wallet (nice to have)Knowledge of 3rd party product ecosystem and API UnderstandingFluent in English and FrenchLeadership experience with ability to manage cross functional stakeholders and virtual teamsExcellent understanding of Commercial Partnership Management and Business ModelsBusiness acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction and strong negotiation skillsHighly motivated with team spirit, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different levels of seniority in the organization.Experience working hands-on with cross-functional teams.Ability to work autonomouslyWe can offer you:A critical mission and purpose - At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
