Want real ownership across live transactions from day one, instead of being one analyst among many?
Looking to work directly alongside senior leadership and see how investment decisions are actually made?
Ready to build a career at the intersection of real estate, acquisitions and alternative financing?
WHO WE ARE
RKS Asset Management is an independent platform, founded in 2015 and based in Madrid, specialised in the integral management of residential real estate in Spain. We combine asset management, property management and the structuring and management of alternative investment vehicles, serving institutional investors, family offices, SOCIMIs, financial institutions and private investors.
* Over €120m in assets under management.
* More than 1,500 assets and 900 dwellings under management.
* Presence across 17 Spanish provinces, with operations also in Colombia through RKS LATAM.
* A team of 25+ professionals with proven experience in real estate, capital markets and wealth management.
WHAT YOU'D BE WORKING ON
The intern will join our Investment Department and support, on a cross-functional basis, the two investment vehicles of the RKS Group:
* Ktesios SOCIMI: a Spanish residential REIT listed on BME, focused on affordable rental housing acquired at significant discounts in non-prime locations. Here you will support acquisition analysis, financing structuring, and reporting to the board and shareholders.
* RKS Real Estate Fund: an alternative investment fund domiciled in Luxembourg, with a track record of more than 10 years, focused on alternative real estate strategies. Here you will support alternative financing, usufruct analysis and the development of new investment strategies.
You will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer and work side by side with our analysis team – a level of exposure to senior decision-making that is rare at larger institutions.

* Support the analysis and valuation of real estate assets and investment opportunities.
* Contribute to acquisition processes and to the structuring of financing.
