Job Title
Analyst, Product Solutions Management
The Analyst, BI Product Solutions Management interacts with technical and business contacts from the largest hotel and car rental brands in the world, ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions to clients in support of their strategic and tactical objectives. They will have hands-on responsibility for the ongoing quality and consistency of client solutions, working closely with sales, technical, product and customer service team members within TravelClick. They interface with clients daily, as well as collaborating with internal groups to fully understand and deliver on the client’s objectives and to nurture TravelClick’s relationship with the client.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide consultative and delivery support for new and existing BI solutions, including data feed implementations, for enterprise customers.
* Daily management of SalesForce queue for customer service tickets.
* Complete customer data mapping where required
* Work with clients for ongoing support and maintenance of Enterprise Edition subscriptions
* Assist with analysis and resolution of bug fixes within both the product and the client-specific deployment of the product.
* Monitoring of daily alerts to confirm data quality standards in solution delivery.
* Complete data quality research and data analysis.
* Run predefined database queries to assist in customer requests and problem resolution.
* Communicate with client technical, operational and business contacts to provide updates and keep them in-formed of delivery status.
* Setup, running, and delivery of customized reporting.
About The Ideal Candidate
* +3 years of experience as Data Analyst or Business Analyst
* Bachelor degree in Technical or Business fields
* Experience in the Hospitality or Travel industry
* Experience with SQL and Excel
* Advanced level of English
* Proactive person with analytical thinking and data mindset skills.
