Pb Structural Design Engineer wanted for a small-medium Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering practice in Gibraltar. /b /p p A long-established practice in Gibraltar are seeking a hands-on Structural Design Engineer to join their local team. /p p If you#39;re a team player with a solid understanding of structural engineering and a passion for getting involved in all stages of design – from concept to construction –, this could be the perfect fit for you. /pp We are happy to consider either assistant/intermediate or senior level engineers. /p pb What you can expect: /b /pulli Starting salary in the range of 35-45K GBP (assistant/intermediate level), or around 50-60K GBP (senior level) /lili Progression opportunities /lili A friendly and supportive team /lili Lots of sunshine and a Mediterranean lifestyle. /li /ul pb What you#39;ll be doing: /b /pulli You#39;ll be working on a variety of projects, collaborating with other professionals and handling different levels of complexity. /lili Taking projects from from concept through to design development, detailed design, tender packaging and construction documentation through to inspection on site; /lili Producing structural assessments, calculations, detailed designs, and technical drawings; /lili Senior engineers: leading structural design on projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations; also providing technical expertise and degree /li /ul pb What we’re looking for: /b /pulli A degree (preferably an MEng. or MSc.) in Structural Engineering /lili Familiarity with Eurocode standards /lili Structural building design experience, ideally with a variety of materials (timber, masonry, steel, RC) - min. 3 years (assistant/intermediate), 5+ years (senior) /lili Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software (experience with TEKLA a plus). /lili Knowledge of Revit would be a bonus /lili Fluency in English (spoken and written) /li /ul p You must also have unrestricted right to work in Gibraltar / ideally U.K. or EU citizenship. /p pb Interested? /b /pp If you have relevant structural design experience and are excited to take on new challenges, we’d love to hear from you /p
