We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hospital Key Account Manager (KAM) to support the commercialization of an innovative topical treatment in dermatology. The role focuses on strategic engagement with hospital-based dermatologists and hospital pharmacists, ensuring the product's optimal positioning and access within the healthcare system.Key Responsibilities :
Promote a cutting-edge dermatology treatment to hospital dermatologists and pharmacists, delivering high-value scientific engagement and education.Identify, develop, and manage key hospital accounts and decision-makers to maximize access and usage.Secure formulary listings and inclusion in treatment pathways within hospitals.Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Digital / Multichannel teams to deliver coordinated strategies.Organize and execute speaker meetings, roundtables, and regional scientific initiatives.Monitor territory performance, analyze insights, and implement tailored action plans.Utilize CRM and digital tools to track activities, plan engagement, and share field intelligence efficiently.Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in dermatology or specialty care.Familiarity with hospital settings, especially in working with hospital pharmacists.Strong scientific background and ability to engage in meaningful clinical discussions.Excellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in digital engagement tools, CRM systems, remote detailing platforms, and virtual meetings.Preferred Attributes :
