We are looking for a Regional HR Partner, reporting to the EMEA HR Director, to take on a pivotal role throughout a major Transition Services Agreement (TSA) and post‑acquisition integration during an 11‑month fixed‑term assignment. In this high‑impact position at the core of our EMEA HR organisation, you will help steer HR leadership through integration, transformation, and growth while supporting our Biosciences and Advanced Diagnostics businesses as we develop our future operating model.

Flexible across various locations in EMEA (near a Waters office).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to a selected group of leaders navigating complex organisational and team challenges.
Provide expertise on team efficiency, talent management, and change leadership in an integration context.
Support leaders in maintaining engagement, transparency, and performance during periods of uncertainty.
Drive retention strategies and ensure a strong focus on talent development.
Coordinate HR activities across EMEA, ensuring alignment between regional and local HR teams, CoEs, BD, and Waters.
Act as the central connector for all HR TSA‑related topics, ensuring compliance with scope, SLAs, and governance.
Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps—and proactively resolve or raise them.
Support Day 1 readiness, TSA execution, and exit planning in partnership with HR Systems, Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Service Delivery.
Use Workday to deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and data insights that support integration and business decisions.
Ensure data integrity and support HR transactions throughout the TSA period.
Contribute to future‑state Workday design, testing, and process improvements for the post‑TSA operating model.
Partner closely with HR Systems and Service Delivery to align system capabilities with integration needs.
Support consistent HR communication and change management across regions and functions.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with HRBPs, CoEs, and business leaders.
Promote best practices, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across the HR organisation.
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within the EMEA region, operating in multicultural, large‑scale, and matrixed international environments.
Proven success in supporting integrations, divestitures, and major organisational transformations.
Strong command of Workday, including reporting, dashboards, transactions, and testing activities.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate optimally with senior leaders on sophisticated and high‑stakes people topics.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, particularly within matrixed organisations.
Proficient in English, with extensive use in professional and international contexts.

Salary Range
€81,800.00 - €130,850.00 EUR Annual
