Experteer Overview In this role you partner with the J&J; Innovative Medicine Data Science team to deliver user-centered data products that turn complex trial data into actionable insights. You will design and maintain dashboards and data stories that support clinical operations and decision-making across R&D.; You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality visualizations and data pipelines. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for R&D; operational metrics
- Create visual narratives that simplify complex datasets for diverse audiences
- Implement visualization best practices focusing on clarity, usability, and storytelling
- Identify key performance indicators with R&D;, Clinical Operations, and Program Management
- Analyze workflows and study data to identify trends and bottlenecks
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines
- Engage with cross-functional teams to tailor visual insights and present findings to senior leadershipResponsabilidades
- 6-8+ years in pharma/biotech R&D; or related functions with data management experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Looker)
- Strong SQL and data wrangling skills; Python or R a plus
- Familiarity with data models and systems in R&D; (LIMS, ELN, CTMS, ERP)
- Understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and clinical development processes
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities for non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with emphasis on data integrity and compliance (GxP awareness a plus)
