PWe are looking for a Growth Manager to lead end-to-end acquisition projects and drive performance across paid media, lead generation, and eCommerce growth. This is a player-coach role combining hands-on execution with cross-functional leadership: you will be able to operate campaigns directly in-platform when required, while coordinating internal and external resources to launch acquisition initiatives from zero to scaled performance, with strong ownership, prioritization, and operational discipline. /ppbr/ppThe responsibilities of the role: /ppbr/ppEnd-to-end Acquisition Project Leadership /pp
- Lead acquisition initiatives from strategy to execution: objectives, channel mix, budget allocation, deliverables, timelines, and results. /pp
- Build and run acquisition projects from scratch (new products, new campaigns, new audiences, new landing experiences), ensuring fast and high-quality delivery. /pp
- Own cross-functional coordination to deliver end-to-end: align and manage resources across creative/content, SEO, CRO/UX, web/dev, analytics and any external partners. /ppPerformance Marketing Execution (Hands-on when required) /pp
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search/PMAX/YouTube) and Meta Ads (minimum). /pp
- Ensure full-funnel performance: audience strategy, creative testing, retargeting, landing page alignment, and continuous optimization. /pp

-. 7-10+ years in agency or hybrid environments, with proven ownership of acquisition/performance projects. /pp
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end lead generation and acquisition programs, including cross-functional delivery. /pp
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization, structure, bidding, targeting, retargeting). /pp
- Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals (conversion drivers, UX implications, landing page performance, measurement basics). /pp
- Strong project leadership: scope definition, prioritization, resource coordination, and delivery under pressure. /pp
- Commercial mindset and performance orientation: ability to connect actions to outcomes and make trade-offs. /pp
- Clear, direct communication and strong stakeholder management skills. /ppPreferred Qualifications: /pp
- Experience with additional paid platforms (e.G., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360). /pp
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple audiences/markets and managing external agencies/vendors. /pp
