Play a pivotal role in strategic workforce planning to ensure resource alignment for the RIS project portfolio over both, short-term and long-term horizons. /p /li li pbContinuous Improvement: /b Challenge the status quo, identify efficiency improvements, and harmonize finance processes for the digital business.
