What You'll Actually Do

- Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, referrals) — no cold calling
- Lead high-quality consultations with clients and families in sensitive situations
- Identify needs and design tailored recovery solutions
- Convert qualified leads into admissions (consultative, not aggressive)
- Coordinate with internal team and external medical partners
- Build relationships with referral sources (clinics, therapists, family offices, concierges)
