We’re looking for a motivated and service-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to deliver on-site technical assistance and ensure a smooth day-to-day IT experience for all users in a part time basis (morning). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, working hands-on to keep our hardware, software, and workspaces running efficiently. Onsite Technical Support:
Provide direct, face-to-face support to employees by resolving hardware and software issues swiftly and effectively.
Carry out routine inspections of meeting rooms and essential tech setups—including organizing cables, testing devices, and replacing faulty hardware—so everything functions perfectly during important meetings and events.
IT Ticket Handling:
Serve as the initial responder to incoming IT support tickets, resolving common issues independently and escalating more complex ones appropriately.
Other IT Tasks:
Support Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), troubleshoot Vodafone mobile line problems, oversee IT inventory, and assist with equipment and account setup for new employees.
We are looking for someone courteous, reliable, and punctual, with a functional level of English for workplace communication.
2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
~ Solid understanding of end-user hardware and software environments
~ Knowledge of Microsoft platforms like Active Directory, SCCM, and Office Suite
~ Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
