Spain Fertilizer Sales Manager
Working language: English
Job duties:
* Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
* Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
* Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, collection of foreign exchange, etc.) and deal with related issues in a timely manner.
* Manage international customer relationships, including meetings, receptions, and visits.
* Supervise customer payments to recover receivables promptly.
* Help customers develop sales policies and promote sales.
Job requirements:
* Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizer industry.
* Willing to undertake international business trips.
* Good communication and execution skills.
* Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language for direct communication with foreigners.
* Local citizenship only.
