Experteer Overview In this PMO role, you will support the EMEA project portfolio by ensuring data accuracy, monitoring performance, and delivering financial insight. You’ll build real-time dashboards to visualize status, resources, and KPIs, enabling informed decisions. You’ll coordinate cross-functional activities and support procurement, aiming to improve delivery and cost efficiency. This role sits within a collaborative, growth‑oriented team aligned with JLL’s mission to shape a brighter future in real estate.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Data Management & Portfolio Monitoring: manage project data across the EMEA portfolio, maintain centralized databases, track metrics, and monitor KPIs - Dashboard Design & Implementation: design, develop, and deploy real-time dashboards for project status, resources, and KPIs - Portfolio Assessment & Financial Analysis: perform portfolio assessments, develop CAPEX plans, conduct cost analyses, and forecast budget variances - Program Management & Scheduling Support: create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate cross-functional activities, track milestones and dependencies - Procurement Support: coordinate with vendors, track purchase orders, assist contract administration, and liaise with procurement teamsResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field - 3-5 years of PMO or project coordination experience - Proficiency in project management tools and dashboard software (MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Fluency in English;
