Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for its full-time Graduate Program in Spain – Discover II *********.
This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines who wish to develop a professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The Graduate Program includes a Master's degree organized in three training blocks and a complementary 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to the candidate's degree.
Internship Details
The internship starts in early October **** and lasts 11 months (full-time, 40h/week).
Participants will receive an attractive study grant and will work within the International Government Affairs department based in Madrid (Getafe).
They will support the International Government Affairs Manager Spain in developing political support for major export and overseas projects.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the export process for all Group activities following the political support plan, in collaboration with the Group's Regions and Public Affairs in Spain.
Produce country briefs to be sent to Spanish authorities via Public Affairs Spain (trade context, issues, messages, critical support needed, etc.).
Provide visibility to the Regions, focusing on Europe, regarding the political agenda, official visits in Spain and abroad, and topics relevant to Public Affairs Spain.
Participate in and support the preparation of events (logistics, visits by foreign government authorities, forums, international trade fairs) and prepare required presentations.
Draft internal documents related to International Government Affairs activities and the Europe Region.
At the end of the internship, acquire a deep understanding of the aerospace sector, geopolitics, and political events management and become proficient at strategic briefing production for governmental authorities.
Required Skills
Studies: Degree in International Relations, Politics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Language Skills: Spanish (native), English (negotiation level); French, German, or any other language is highly valued.
General knowledge of aerospace, international business management, geopolitics, and communications.
Ability to think strategically, globally, constructively, and goal-oriented.
Strong editorial and communication skills (verbal and written), including writing, analytical and synthesis abilities.
Highly organised and proactive with a focus on quality and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a dynamic multinational team in a formal and demanding environment.
Team player, efficient, agile, and results-oriented.
Availability for travel, official receptions, and business conferences as required by the role.
