Responsibilities
* Vendor Performance Management: Conduct a proof-of-concept to establish a recurring and highly automated VPM process for selected vendors. Collect and assess feedback about the VPM process and expand (more vendors) and improve (process design) the VPM process.
* Vendor Management: Support in managing strategic relationships with IT vendors.
* Legal/Compliance Business Partnering: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support these teams with a state-of-the-art technology stack.
* Cost Center Analytics: Conduct recurring IT cost center analysis to identify trends and patterns to right-size partner landscape and cost streams.
* Vendor Intelligence: Gather and analyze intelligence on vendors to support strategic decision-making and vendor selection processes.
* Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing IT contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Experience
* Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or Legal practice.
* Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Attention to detail: careful and precise in completing tasks.
* Teamwork, adaptability, and time management.
* High level of English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
