inspiring audiences, amplifying our scientific leadership, and connecting our global community across 12 markets. You will manage our global social media channels, oversee editorial planning, coordinate campaigns, and track performance across platforms. Working closely with Digital, Corporate Communications, and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure a consistent brand voice, strong digital impact, and seamless collaboration with local affiliates. Shape & execute
a cohesive global social media strategy
across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Lead editorial planning
and global content calendars aligned with product launches, scientific milestones, and corporate campaigns Own and evolve the Global Social Media Playbook
— tone of voice, visuals, governance, and best practices Coordinate the Global Social Editorial Board, ensuring alignment across Digital, Corporate Communications, Scientific, and Customer Marketing teams Leverage Brandwatch (or similar tools)
for social listening, analytics, and KPI tracking Monitor and report
performance metrics: reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions, and share of voice Empower affiliates
with best practices, toolkits, and training sessions to ensure consistent, high-quality execution worldwide Oversee platform governance
— taxonomy, tagging, moderation, and optimization Collaborate cross-functionally
to ensure unified messaging across all digital touchpoints Support reputation management
and social media crisis communication in collaboration with Corporate Communications
What You Bring
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
(Bachelor’s or Master’s) 5+ years
managing global corporate social media accounts
Proven expertise in social media strategy, analytics, and community management
Experience developing social media playbooks, running editorial boards, and aligning multiple stakeholders Skilled in Brandwatch or equivalent
tools for monitoring and reporting Solid understanding of digital reputation management
and crisis communication
Strong coordination skills across affiliates, internal teams, and industry influencers Excellent communication and presentation
skills;
fluent inEnglish
(additional languages a plus)
